Happy Saturday

Maybe some of you are going out on dates tonight? Date night outfits can be tricky, you want to look good but you don’t want to seem too formal. I suggest pairing something old (trusty flannel) with something new or unexpected (silk bow-tie.) But be sure to make an effort! Dressing up for an occasion makes it extra-special, even if that occasion is a Saturday night Doctor Who marathon.

Hello Again!

Apologies to those inquiring about my absence. I was planning on just taking a short break from blogging but then the weather unexpectedly turn beautiful so it ended up being a long break. As you can see I was attending to some very important matters…

A Lesson on Patterning

Robin-egg blue and grey stripes to “match” my  kelly green and brown houndstooth sweater. I’m feeling like a master-clasher.

Q & A

Logan, care to comment on the men’s fashionable effort during this award season?

Answer:

Personally, I tend to stick with the classics like boring George Clooney. However, I admire the bravery  in trying to look different. Currently, I am admiring Brad Pitt a lot. Long flowing hair, a walking stick and the occasional hipster glasses to finish?  I am fan.

Lacy concoctions, silky contraptions and mismatched combinations? Not for me. When it comes to sleepwear, I keep it easy and follow the 3 C’s: Coordinate, Comfort and Cotton.

What’s in this season?* Sleeping.

*Or all seasons.
